MiniMax launched H3 on July 31, 2026 and published open weights on August 3, 2026. It is a video model that takes text, images, video and audio and can write video with stereo sound. The generator on this page does not run those weights.
This generator runs Hailuo 02 Standard, an earlier MiniMax clip model, for 60 credits. The clip is 6 seconds. It is not MiniMax H3, not 2K, and not a 15-second stereo render.

What MiniMax H3 is
MiniMax's research post on July 31, 2026 describes H3 as a general video model: one context across text, images, video and audio, native stereo sound, up to 15 seconds, and a 2K path. The open-source post on August 3, 2026 and the Hugging Face model card repeat the output table: 4 to 15 seconds, 24 frames per second, 32 kHz stereo, a short side of 768 pixels by default, and 2K only through a module they call H3-Regenerate-2K. Aspect ratios they name include 21:9, 16:9, 4:3, 1:1, 3:4 and 9:16.
The same card splits the system into three pieces. H3-Context-IR rewrites a messy multimodal request into an intermediate form. H3-Base generates 768p video and audio from that form. H3-Regenerate-2K is a second pass for 2K. MiniMax says Context-IR and the 2K module are not in the open-source weights. The weights that are published are two task checkpoints, FL2VA and Ref2VA, each in BF16, with its own transformer, processor, tokenizer, text encoder and VAEs. FL2VA covers text-to-video and first or last frame. Ref2VA covers reference images, video and audio. The card's download line is hf download MiniMaxAI/MiniMax-H3.
MiniMax also offers H3 through its own API as the model name MiniMax-H3, and through the Hailuo app. Nano AI does not call that API and does not host the checkpoints. The form above calls Hailuo 02 Standard, a different MiniMax video model this site has priced: 6 seconds, 60 credits. Eligible new accounts receive 64 credits, which covers one such clip and leaves 4 credits.

How MiniMax says to download H3-Base
Commands below are from the MiniMaxAI/MiniMax-H3 model card as read on October 31, 2026. They download weights to your machine. They do not run anything on Nano AI.

The card uses the hf command. Install it, then run the download from a disk that can hold both checkpoints.

2K is not in the open weights
MiniMax says H3-Regenerate-2K is not open source yet. A local H3-Base run, as they describe it, is the 768p path.
Context-IR stays on their side
The model card says the hosted rewriter is not in the release. Without it, you follow their prompting notes or call their API for that step.

If the download is not the product you expected
- The folder has no 2K module
- That matches MiniMax's note: H3-Regenerate-2K is not in the open release. The 768p base is the part they say you can run locally.
- Results ignore a complicated edit
- The card says H3-Context-IR is hosted and not in the weights. A raw checkpoint call is not the full product pipeline they describe.
- This website still says Hailuo
- The generator on this page never switches to H3. Hailuo 02 Standard stays a 6-second, 60-credit clip.
